Bring Theater Arts to Your Students!

As many schools have their arts funding cut, CYT@School is committed to bringing an affordable afterschool or residency program to your school. Kids will explore performing arts through acting, singing, and dancing workshops. Performing arts reinforces literary, speaking, and listening. They provide natural opportunities for students to communicate, collaborate, create, and think critically.

A Program with a Mission

CYT@school is devoted to introducing performing arts to children, one school at a time, by providing a high-quality experience that is educational and enjoyable.

Our program brings the magic of theater directly to schools, fostering creativity, confidence, and a love for the arts in students of all ages. Through engaging and comprehensive classes, we aim to enrich students' educational journeys and nurture their artistic talents.

Early exposure to the arts has numerous benefits for children. Studies show that participation in performing arts enhances cognitive development and improves academic performance across subjects. The collaborative nature of the arts also promotes teamwork and social skills, helping students build meaningful relationships with their peers. Additionally, the arts provide a safe space for self-expression, allowing children to explore their identities and boost their self-esteem. At CYT@School, we believe that the performing arts are a vital part of a well-rounded education and strive to make these benefits accessible to every student.

Enrich Your After-School Programming

Students engage in an enriching 8-week program where they receive foundational training in acting, singing, and dancing. Every participant has the opportunity to shine in an end-of-program showcase featuring highlights from a well-known musical.
