FULL DAY CAMP: 9AM - 3PM 
*This is only for campers who will be age 6-13 on the first day of camp*

5…4…3…2…1, Summer has finally begun! Celebrate with your friends at CYT Camp, acting, singing, and dancing your way from the schoolhouse to the pool house! Campers will spend the week doing crafts, playing games, and rehearsing scenes and songs as they join the story of a group of students celebrating their last day of school. Everyone is joyfully sharing their unique summer vacation plans, until one classmate’s unexpected answer stops everyone in their tracks. Find out how the students come together in this heartwarming musical story of friendship, imagination, and the magic of summertime.

Camp Highlights:
🌞 Kick Off Summer in Style: Celebrate the start of summer with a week full of acting, singing, and dancing as you bring a fun and heartwarming story to life on stage!
🎨 Get Creative and Make Memories: Enjoy crafts, games, and rehearsals while making new friends and sharing plenty of laughs along the way.
🎭 A Story Full of Surprises: Dive into a musical adventure where students share their summer dreams—until one unexpected twist brings everyone together in a tale of friendship and imagination!

End of Camp Performance: 
On the last day of camp, friends and family are invited to watch the final performance, where the young stars will showcase their hard work on stage!

Amelia McInnis

Amelia McInnis is thrilled to be teaching for the first time at CYT Dallas and to serve as the camp director for the first two weeks of camp. A full-time high school theatre teacher in Georgia, Amelia is a proud graduate of Columbus State University's Theatre Education Program. This marks her first summer with CYT, and she is eager to bring her passion for theatre and education to the camp community. In addition to teaching, Amelia is a talented director. This year alone, she has directed two musicals—Finding Nemo Jr. and Spamalot: School Edition. Amelia's work in children's theatre has been instrumental in shaping her approach as both an educator and director. She is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to CYT Dallas and looks forward to creating something special with her students and fellow artists.

Ehleshea Anderson

Ehleshea Anderson is a certified Theatre Educator with 15+ years of experience in the classroom. She acquired her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University with a major in Musical Theatre, and a minor in Child Development. Then, later went on to earned her Standard Texas Educator Certificate with credentials in EC-12 Theatre from ECAP Teach. Miss Ehleshea's mission in the classroom is to Coach young actors to accomplish what they didn't think possible, lead kids toward finding their voice, hidden talents, and self-esteem--and to invite parents to marvel at the capabilities of their young artists. As a performer, some of her favorite roles have included the Sour Kangaroo in Seussical The Musical, Glinda in The Wizard of Oz, and the Dragon in Shrek the Musical! She’s excited to partner with you to create theatre and tell great stories. Let’s goooooo!

Jazmyne Stickles

Jazmyne Stickles is beyond excited to be teaching at CYT Dallas this year! She started her dance journey 12 years ago in a jazz class. She quickly realized she couldn't live without it. Ever since then, she trained with an award-winning studio KJ Dance, Joffrey School of Ballet, and Zion Dance Project. She trained intensely in many genres of dance including, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, and more. Jazmyne grew up in a competition studio traveling all over the U.S. competing. She has a deep passion for teaching and dancing, and loves to share the joy of dance with everyone! Jazmyne is currently dancing with Zion Dance Project in their Second Company Zion II.

Je'Lisa Brown

Je'Lisa Brown grew up in the DFW area. She graduated from Texas Woman's University with a bachelor's degree in Family Studies. Je'Lisa has a passion for the non-profit industry, dedicating several years serving children and families in a variety of settings. Je'Lisa is excited to serve CYT families by providing a safe place for children to explore the arts while glorifying Jesus!
