Description

Discover the magic of theater! This introductory course covers the essentials of acting, stage presence, and script interpretation. Students will learn through interactive exercises and begin their journey in theatrical arts by exploring a variety of short plays and classic scenes.

Valerie has been teaching Shakespeare, theater and fine arts classes for seven years. She is passionate about making classic literature and plays come alive for a new generation of readers and performers. Valerie graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas in Graphic Design and enjoys all things theater, art, literature, creating curriculum, teaching and chocolate.
